I graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2013 with a degree in Marine Science and Geography. I began working on my Ph.D. with Dr. Peter K. Swart at the University of Miami in 2013 studying the geochemistry of paleoclimate records in caves in the Caribbean and Middle East. I published my first geochemistry paper (https://goo.gl/SWfz2K) in 2017 in the Journal of Quaternary Science Reviews. I currently have two more papers in production focusing on clumped isotopes and fluid inclusions in stalagmites as well as a comparative study of two dozen stalagmites collected from a single cave in the Bahamas. I will complete my Ph.D. in the summer of 2018.
